For adults, adolescents, and children navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, grief, and more — with humour, compassion, and practical strategies using CBT, ACT, and process-oriented approaches, tailored to you. Walk and talk, outdoor, or office sessions are available to suit your comfort and needs.
I’m a therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in schools and community settings. I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as they are.I offer counselling in ways that suit different people — through walk and talk sessions, sitting outdoors in nature, or in a comfortable office. My work is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, ACT, and process-oriented approaches, and always tailored to the individual rather than a fixed model.I support people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, Autism, and life transitions, and I value humour, compassion, and practical strategies alongside deeper therapeutic work.
We begin with a short phone call to see if we’re a good fit. This is a chance to talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and decide what feels most comfortable for you — walk and talk, sitting outdoors, or meeting in the office. If we’re meeting outside, we’ll choose a location together that feels safe, accessible, and right for you.If it feels like a good match, we’ll find an appointment time that works and book your first session.Sessions are one hour in length and cost $100 per session.
I am a PACFA-registered clinician and accept Victim Services and self-managed NDIS clients.
